A devoted Jehovah's Witness, Prince suffered from painful hips needing replacement surgery. He took pain medicines to relieve the pain and often used a cane to assist walking. The medicines contributed to his death, dying of an accidental overdose, perhaps due to a mislabeled container.

The love and legacy of Prince Rogers Nelson is shown in photographs of remembrances placed at Minneapolis First Avenue Club and at Princes home, Paisley Park.

Beginning within hours of his death, people from all over the world have continuously come to Paisley Park and placed tributes and memories of their relationship to Prince. Many are intensely personal and emotional.

Peace be with you.
